Topping up at a UK Post Office® branch is easy. Simply go to your nearest branch, hand over your card and the amount of cash. Make sure you ask to top-up your account.
It will usually take a business day for the money to be available on your account if you pay at the Post Office®, unless you pay on a Friday or Saturday where it will usually take until the following Tuesday.
You can top-up your cashplus account with cash or by debit card for any amount between £10 and £500 per transaction.
Remember, when you top-up, ask for a receipt of the transaction, which you should keep for your records.
If you are a primary cardholder and gave us your mobile number when you purchased your card, we will notify you by text message free of charge when the funds are available+.
