Can I use my Cashplus prepaid card straight away?
All you need to do is activate your prepaid card, get your PIN, top up your card’s account and you’re ready to go.
What’s an eight digit security code?
Keeping your account secure is our top priority, so when you apply for a prepaid card, we’ll ask you to make up your own eight digit code. You’ll need your security code to:
- Activate your card and get your PIN via our automated phone service
- Register for the Cashplus Members Area
- Quickly verify yourself with Customer Services
What if I forget my security code?
No problem! Just check your email for the confirmation we sent you after your successful application. If you purchased your Cashplus prepaid card from a retail store, you’ll find this security code in your welcome pack. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services.
Where can I use my Cashplus prepaid card?
You can use your prepaid card anywhere that you see the MasterCard acceptance mark – online, over the phone, at retail stores and cash machines both at home and abroad. That’s 29 million places in over 200 countries worldwide.
What billing address should I give when I purchase goods?
The billing address should be the current address we have for you. Additional cardholders should give the primary cardholder’s address. You can update your contact details at anytime in the Cashplus Members Area.
Are there any restrictions on where I can use my card?
Just a couple, so if you want to:
