Calls made to 0871 numbers are charged at 10 pence per minute from a BT landline and may be recorded. Calls from other networks may vary. If calling from abroad calls will be charged at the international rate set by that country.
To report your prepaid card lost or stolen: choose option 1.
Please have your Cashplus card and eight digit security code to hand. If you can’t find this, just visit the Members’ Area and click on ‘Forgotten Security Code’. Please have your card ready and enter the details requested. We’ll then email you a reminder.
Activate your card – choose option 2 and then option 1. You can now also obtain your PIN by choosing option 2.
Get your PIN only – choose option 3 and then option 4.
When you select any of the following options, please have your card to hand.
To check the status of your prepaid card application, enter the ten digit application reference number that appeared on the confirmation page of your application form or your confirmation email.
See your application’s progress – choose option 2 and then option 2 again.

You’ll be asked to provide your 16 digit prepaid card number and other security details.
