If you can’t find your eight digit code, just visit the Members’ Area and click on ‘Forgotten Security Code’. Have your Cashplus card to hand and enter the details requested. We’ll then email you a reminder.

Your Cashplus Members Area username is the memorable username that you chose when you registered.

You can reset your password online.
You’ll need your Cashplus prepaid card and your eight digit security code. Once you’ve entered your details you’ll be given the option to enter a new password to reset your Cashplus prepaid card account.
If you have money in your account, the easiest way to use it up is by making purchases or withdrawing cash. Then cut your card in half and post your Cashplus prepaid MasterCard card to Customer Services.
Alternatively, if you have or Total Access or Payroll Access, just post your Cashplus card to: Customer Services, PO Box 466, Salford, M50 2XU. Once all transactions have been deducted (please allow 10 days for this) along with any fees that are due, the remaining money will be returned to you, minus a cancellation fee of £10 (where applicable).
