How do I get additional Cashplus prepaid cards for my family or friends?
It’s easy. To apply for additional Cashplus prepaid cards, select ‘additional prepaid cards’ in the application form*. Upon application you can ask for one extra card and once activated, you can get up to four additional cards, so long as the intended cardholders are aged 13 or over.
If you have an existing Cashplus prepaid MasterCard card, you can request additional prepaid cards in the Members Area.
Alternatively, contact Customer Services to ask for additional cards to be added to your account.
How much do additional Cashplus prepaid cards cost?
Additional Cashplus prepaid cards cost just £4.95 with no extra monthly or annual charge fees (unless you have a Flexiplus pricing plan). And you can add a shared Members Area login at no extra cost.
When will my additional prepaid cards arrive?
If you applied for additional cards at the same time as your primary prepaid card, all your cards should arrive at about the same time, separately, and to the main cardholder’s address.
If you already have a Cashplus prepaid MasterCard card, the additional card(s) will arrive just three to five business days after your payment’s been processed, and will be sent to the primary cardholder.
How do I activate additional prepaid cards?
You (the primary cardholder) must activate additional prepaid cards and obtain the PIN for additional cardholders. You’ll need your eight digit security code, which will be the same for you and your additional cardholders.
If you don’t have your eight digit security code handy, visit the Members’ Area and click on ‘Forgotten Security Code’. Please have your card ready and enter the details requested. We’ll then email you a reminder.
Will my account be discussed with additional cardholders?
No, unless you give us express written permission to do so.
