How do I register for Cashplus Online Servicing?
Registering is simple, just have your Cashplus Business Account card and eight digit security code to hand and then:
- Visit Cashplus Online Servicing registration page or Cashplus Mobile App
- Enter your Cashplus Business card number and personal details where requested
- Enter your eight digit security code
- Enter a memorable username and password that you’d like to use to access Online Servicing
Once registered for Online Servicing, you can use the same username and password to sign-in to the Cashplus Mobile App
What if I can’t find my eight digit security code?
Simply visit Online Servicing and click on ‘Forgotten Security Code’ or click on ‘Forgotten Details’ in the Cashplus Mobile App. Have your Cashplus Business card number to hand and enter the details requested. We’ll then email you a reminder.
How can I get a reminder of my Cashplus Online Servicing username and / or password?

How many months’ worth of statements can I see in Online Servicing?
You can see up to 18 months’ worth of statements and transaction history. Transactions can be exported in either OFX (Open Financial Exchange), as used by leading accounting software such as FreeAgent, SageOne and Xero, or CSV format (Comma Separated Values) as used by Excel. You can download or print statements as frequently as you like. If you require any further assistance, please contact our Customer Services Team.
Can I send payments more quickly than in four days?
We’re currently working on being able to provide faster outbound payments, but this option is currently unavailable. We’ll certainly notify you once this service becomes available.
However, you can receive bank transfers the same day via the Faster Payments Service when we receive the payment by 9:00pm it will be available the same day (including Bank holidays). For payments we receive after 9:00pm it will be available the next day.
