Keeping your Cashplus prepaid card safe
Protecting your Cashplus Account is extremely important to us. That's why a Cashplus Business prepaid MasterCard® features Chip and PIN technology.
What is the eight digit security code?
During the application process for a Cashplus Business Account, we'll ask you to make up your own eight digit code. You'll need your security code to:
- Activate your card and get your PIN via our automated phone service
- Register for the Cashplus Members' Area
- Quickly verify yourself with Customer Services
What if I forget my security code?
No problem. Just check your emails for the confirmation we sent you after you completed your application. Your 8 digit security code is also displayed on the letter your card came with.
If you've forgotten your eight digit security code, simply click on the 'Forgotten Security Code' button on the left hand side in the Members' Area.

How do I get my PIN?
Once you've activated your card, simply retrieve your PIN by calling 0871 277 5599† and selecting option 3, then option 4.
You'll need your Cashplus Business Prepaid MasterCard number and 8 digit security code to hand.
