That’s why your Cashplus Business card needs to be activated before you can use it. It’s only a matter of minutes before your card is activated.

Activate your card and get your PIN by phone

  1. Call 0871 277 5599†
  2. Choose option 2 and then option 1
  3. Enter your 16 digit card number and your eight digit security code If you can’t remember your eight digit security code, visit the Members’ Area and click on ‘Forgotten Security Code’. Have your card to hand and enter the details requested. We’ll then email you a reminder
  4. You can now obtain your PIN by choosing option 3 then option 4

Activate your card online

It’s simple to do and it’s free, here’s how:

  1. Register for the Members Area
  2. Login to your Members account and select the activate card screen
  3. Enter your 16 digit card number and your eight digit security code
  4. To get your PIN, please see ‘Obtain your PIN’ below

Once you’ve activated your card, simply retrieve your PIN by following these easy steps:

You’ll need your 16 digit card number and 8 digit security code to hand.
